Jerrold G. Bermingham, Executive Vice President of National Realty & Development Corp., was born in New Rochelle and feels fortunate to have found this remarkable Sound front property in his previous hometown. WatermarkPointe holds a special place in Jerry’s heart and is, in fact, where he plans to live when the project is completed. Jerry currently lives in Mamaroneck with his wife, Mary, and three sons. The oldest Will, who works alongside him at WatermarkPointe, is an undergraduate student in Music Management at SUNY Purchase. Will was a frequent attendee of NRCA’s Summer Sounds Concert Series, where WatermarkPointe was the Primary Sponsor of a new lighting system for this always popular, well-attended concert series.
Jerry has enjoyed a diverse career in all facets of Real Estate. For the past 25 years at National Realty & Development Corp., he has performed a range of services including property acquisitions, retail/ofﬁce leasing and commercial and residential development.
