During its evolution from Indian trails to modern interstates, the Boston Post Road has carried not just passengers but the march of American history itself. With help from a cast of historical figures ranging from Washington and Lincoln to Barnum and Morgan, Eric Jaffe captures the progress of people and culture along the road through four centuries, from its earliest days to the current era. Copies of the newly released book, published by Scribner’s, will be available for purchase and signing by the author.
